We regularly update this section and the form area to advance your case processing. You will also receive email notifications.

In response to rising concerns from victims and internship/volunteer applicants, we've implemented a portal system to enhance communication efficiency and provide dedicated attention and solutions.

You may obtain a backup of all your data that we have by going to the "Manage your data and privacy" area in the "i" (Information) part of this portal. We value your privacy; that is what we stand for as an NGO. Learn More - How to use Support Portal)

You'll notice the Message icon on every section of the form and on the Portal, where you may ask us a question/message right away.

Please be advised that your data will be erased from our storage 30 days after the closing of your case, portal, or ticket. As a result, there may be no way to retrieve it. You must request a backup data file from us within the prescribed time. (Learn More - How to use the Support Portal)

Suppose you have a problem regarding NGO support or want to raise an issue or complaint about anything. In that case, the processes below should be followed to identify any gaps and provide an appropriate remedy.

Level 1: Send a message on this portal by visiting the Message section. (If there is no response or no satisfaction, then head to NEXT Level)

Level 2: WhatsApp 79903 16164, and if you receive no response in 03 business minutes, call 79903 16164. (Do not call without sending WhatsApp.) (Due to tremendous incoming calls and messages, this number often gets jammed. In this situation, You can follow Level - 3 or Level - 4)

Level 3: Email: Write to the Executive Director at info@jivanamasteya.org. (In the Subject section of your email, write "Non-Profit Plan Name," "Applicable Program Name," "Intern Name," "High Priority Support Required," and describe your issue. Due to the high inflow of complaints, sometimes responses may be delayed.

Level 4 - Whatsapp Executive Director on 91734 38299, You will receive a response or call back.
